MOBI Graphic Design
Overview
Mobility Open Blockchain Initiative (MOBI) is a non-profit consortium focusing on introducing, expanding, and building the Web3 digital infrastructure to improve transportation and protect user data privacy. As the Graphic & Web Design Intern, I was able to continue their efforts in spreading the word!
My role
Although I was an intern, I made a significant mark on the company's marketing efforts. I took on the role of the primary designer responsible for crafting digital assets, social media posts, and banners. In addition, I undertook a logo redesign and contributed to the upkeep and coding of the company website.
Collaborating closely with the marketing team, we pursued a regimen of constant enhancement, monitoring usage metrics, and refreshing existing digital resources! Here are some of the things I worked on:
I teamed up with our Communications Manager to craft engaging graphic designs that make Blockchain technology accessible to a wide-ranging audience. Together, we identified the most effective copy and visually appealing presentations to achieve this goal.
While maintaining strict adherence to the established brand guidelines, I successfully revitalized the company's logo design. This involved refining the color palette to enhance visual harmony, highlighting the dimensional attributes of the cube with carefully crafted shadows, and accentuating the letter 'M' to symbolize 'MOBI'.
While the initial role involved a visual website redesign through wireframes, I seized the opportunity to expand my skill set by learning HTML and CSS coding, enabling me to implement significant enhancements to the website! Notably, I improved SEO scores and optimized page loading speed by streamlining the codebase and introducing more efficient code structures.
On the visual front, I introduced engaging scrolling effects and expanded the website by creating additional pages
